Located on Kha Van Can Street – one of the key arterial routes in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City – the 770 Kha Van Can Apartment is oriented as a high-rise residential building, meeting the demand for high-quality building utilization amid rapid urbanization and increasing population density.
Developed by CC1 Group, the project is undertaken by Song Anh as the Total Design Consultant, delivering an integrated design process from concept development to construction documentation. Close collaboration between the Client and Song Anh throughout all design phases ensures architectural quality, optimized functionality, and sustainable investment efficiency.
With a scale of 01 basement and 25 above-ground floors, the project’s spatial organization is scientifically planned to maximize usable area while fully complying with technical standards, safety regulations, and comfort requirements of a high-rise apartment building in a dense urban context.
