JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Support the development of architectural design ideas during the concept stage, while gaining hands-on experience throughout the design process — from research and analysis to concept development and presentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Concept Development Support

• Research reference materials and architectural precedents.
• Analyze site conditions, climate, and surrounding context.
• Assist in developing moodboards, concept diagrams, and design ideas.

2. Preliminary Massing & Layout Development

• Develop conceptual 3D models under the guidance of Senior/Lead Concept Architects.
• Assist in developing preliminary concept layouts and floor plans.
• Revise perspectives and design proposals based on feedback.

3. Presentation Preparation

• Prepare and organize Concept Design presentation layouts using InDesign/Photoshop.
• Produce basic architectural renderings and visualizations.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings with Clients/Investors.

4. Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with the Concept Design Team and Technical Design Team.
• Receive feedback and revise design proposals in accordance with project requirements and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

2. Technical Skills

• Basic proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
• Good aesthetic sense with the ability to create clear and well-structured presentations.
• Basic understanding of functional planning and architectural massing.

• Able to work effectively under deadline pressure.
• Strong aesthetic awareness and creative thinking.
