Located in Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, the Hoa Phu Social Housing Complex is envisioned as a new benchmark for modern and sustainable living in Vietnam — a project designed to harmonize smart functionality, community connection, and nature-friendly spaces inspired by Singapore standards.
Developed by Kim Oanh Group, the project is led by Song Anh Corp as the Design General Contractor for Architecture, Structure, MEP, Fire Protection, and Landscape, in collaboration with Surbana Jurong (Singapore) and international design advisor Bernard throughout the design process.
Comprising one 4-storey podium block and three 20-storey residential towers, the development offers 1,694 apartments integrated with community facilities and an on-site kindergarten, creating a safe, comfortable, and holistic living environment for residents.

The architectural design of Hoa Phu Social Housing follows the philosophy of “Green Living – Smart Living – Connected Living”, prioritizing comfort, energy efficiency, and environmental harmony.
100% of the apartments receive direct natural light and ventilation, ensuring a healthy, airy, and energy-efficient indoor environment.
Key Features:

The structural model of Hoa Phu Project is developed on the Revit platform, ensuring precise and efficient data management down to each structural element.

The landscape design by Song Anh integrates seamlessly with pedestrian paths and public areas, forming a cohesive, modern, and sustainable environment for residents.
