[PRIORITY] LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE RECRUITMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

I. JOB PURPOSE

Design and develop landscape solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, resort, and urban development projects. Ensure harmony between architecture, environmental sustainability, and functionality while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Concept Design

• Develop landscape design concepts aligned with project requirements.
• Design green spaces, plazas, parks, gardens, walkways, water features, and other landscape elements.
• Prepare Mood Boards, Material Boards, and presentation materials.

2. Design Development

• Develop landscape concepts into detailed design solutions.
• Select appropriate planting palettes, materials, and landscape elements.
• Ensure technical feasibility while maintaining design quality and aesthetics.

3. Technical Documentation

• Prepare Concept Design, Basic Design, Technical Design, and Construction Documentation.
• Produce detailed drawings for hardscape, softscape, and landscape systems.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all drawings before issuance.

4. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with Architecture, Interior Design, Structural, and MEP teams.
• Attend technical meetings and client meetings as assigned.
• Support the resolution of technical issues throughout the design process.

III. REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Landscape Architect.
• Experience in urban developments, hotels, resorts, or public space projects is preferred.

Professional Knowledge

• Strong capability in both concept development and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of landscape materials, planting design, and industry standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Software Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in SketchUp or Revit.
• Good command of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape is an advantage.

Language

• Able to communicate effectively in English with clients and international colleagues.
• Capable of reading and understanding English technical documents and drawings.
• No English certificate is required.
