Receive project implementation information from the MEP Manager.
Approve design proposals submitted by Team Leaders.
Evaluate and report on the verification of design dossiers.
Promptly report design-related issues/proposals to the MEP Manager.
Check and approve related standards, regulations, and legal documents.
Arrange and assign project implementation tasks to team leaders.
Take responsibility for the quality of issued drawing dossiers.
Participate in meetings and handle issues related to design drawing quality with verifying units and the Investor.
Report the quality, efficiency, and status of the discipline to the MEP Manager.
Propose solutions, plans, and handle design issues for the MEP Manager.
Take responsibility for improving the professional competence of the discipline.
Implement technical drawing dossiers for various stages (Basic Design, Technical Design, Construction Working Design, Fire Protection, Construction Permit...).
Ensure that drawing models and documents comply with the submission requirements of various departments.
Coordinate design with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
Improve design quality, meeting schedule and other project requirements.
Perform other tasks requested by the Lead.
Comply with applicable legal regulations, codes, and standards.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Comply with the company's workflow requirements, standards, and Quality Management System (QMS).
Responsible for building design procedures and regulations to guide and train the discipline's personnel.

3. CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS
University graduate majoring in water supply and drainage, electrical & industrial electrical, thermal & refrigeration,....
Possess a Class I design certificate in the respective major.
Working experience: 7-10 years in the trained major, 1 year in a similar position.
Participated in the direct management of at least 1 Grade 1 project.
Firmly grasp current regulations, codes, and standards.
Proficient in software serving the work: Revit, CAD, and specialized software: Dialux, heat, Trane700, epanet,....
Good use of REVIT and knowledge of BIM.
Experience in managing work and personnel.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proactive and highly responsible at work.
Willing to learn and adapt to new techniques and software.
