JOB OBJECTIVE
Design and develop interior solutions for residential, commercial, office, hospitality, and resort projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and technical feasibility. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Concept Design
Develop creative interior design concepts based on project requirements.
Prepare space planning layouts.
Create mood boards, material boards, and concept presentation packages.
Produce presentation renderings for client meetings.
2. Design Development
Develop projects from Concept Design through Design Development.
Select finishing materials, color schemes, and furniture.
Ensure consistency between aesthetics, functionality, and constructability.
3. Technical Documentation
Prepare Design Development, Technical Design, and Construction Drawing packages for interior works.
Develop detailed drawings for ceilings, walls, flooring, built-in furniture, and finishing elements.
Review and ensure the accuracy and coordination of all drawing packages before issuance.
4. Project Coordination
Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Landscape teams.
Participate in technical meetings and client discussions when assigned.
Support design issue resolution throughout project development.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or other related disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Interior Architect.
Experience in office, hospitality, residential, commercial, or resort projects is preferred.
Professional Knowledge
Strong capability in both concept development and technical documentation.
Good understanding of interior finishing materials and design standards.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Software Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Proficient in SketchUp or Revit.
Good command of Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, or V-Ray is an advantage.
English Proficiency
Able to communicate in English with clients and international colleagues.
Capable of reading and understanding technical documents and construction drawings in English.
No English certificate is required.
