Located in Binh Duong 1 Quarter, An Binh Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province, the Vuong Bao Long Urban Area is a large-scale mixed-use development by Dat Xanh Group, with Ha An Real Estate Investment and Business JSC (DXG) as the project investor.

With a total floor area of 410,000 m² and 30 floors, the project is designed with an integrated master plan that harmonizes residential towers, commercial – service areas, and green spaces, delivering a modern, dynamic, and convenient living experience for future residents.

In this project, Song Anh takes on the role of verifying construction drawing design documents for the entire development, covering the following disciplines:

- Structural Engineering

- MEP (Mechanical – Electrical – Plumbing)

- Fire Protection System (FPA)
