KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Objective

Develop and coordinate BIM (Revit) models and architectural construction documentation for high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, BIM standards, Vietnamese regulations, and client requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design documentation using Revit throughout project phases, from Conceptual/Basic Design to Construction Drawing Design, based on assigned BIM models and documentation requirements.
• Create, manage, and maintain architectural BIM models in accordance with the company’s BIM standards, templates, and family libraries.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality, quantity, and schedule compliance.
• Apply Vietnamese building codes, regulations, and standards accurately during project implementation.
• Update and revise design documentation in response to changes requested by Clients, Project Leaders, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural detailing, including walls, floors, ceilings, façades, doors, and finishing systems, as well as construction techniques for high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior teams to ensure consistency and integration across BIM models and documentation.
• Participate in technical discussions and coordination meetings with suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams when required.
• Attend internal training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical expertise and BIM competencies.

REQUIREMENTS 

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience in architectural technical documentation development; experience in high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in the following software:

Required

• Revit Architecture

Preferred

• Rendering Software
• AutoCAD
• Photoshop
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• Good understanding and application of Vietnamese building codes, regulations, and standards related to architecture and construction.
• Strong technical mindset, responsibility, proactiveness, and integrity in work.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably involving apartment or high-rise building projects.
• More than 5 years of experience for Senior or Team Leader positions.

Skills

• Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of contemporary design trends.
• Good presentation and design explanation skills with logical communication.
• Effective teamwork and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude, strong time management, and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
