[PRIORITY] RECRUITMENT - CONCEPT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Lead the development of architectural concepts from initial ideas through concept approval, ensuring design excellence, creativity, functionality, and buildability. The Concept Manager is responsible for guiding the Concept Design team, delivering innovative architectural solutions, and maintaining design quality while aligning project objectives with client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Concept Design Development

• Review project briefs, site conditions, planning regulations, and client requirements.
• Develop the overall design vision, architectural language, and concept direction.
• Lead the Concept Design process from initial ideas through presentation and approval.
• Ensure design solutions achieve high standards of aesthetics, functionality, technical feasibility, and commercial value.
• Continuously research emerging architectural trends and innovative design solutions to enhance project quality.

2. Project Management & Cross-Disciplinary Coordination 

• Develop design schedules and manage concept design progress.
• Coordinate closely with Architecture, Structure, MEP, Interior, Landscape, and BIM teams throughout project development.
• Ensure consistency between the approved concept and subsequent design phases.
• Recommend value-engineering and design optimization solutions to maximize project efficiency.

3. Client Communication

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and design presentations.
• Present and defend design concepts professionally and confidently.
• Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks within the Concept Design team.
• Review and ensure the quality of all concept design deliverables before submission.
• Coach and develop team members' technical and creative capabilities.
• Monitor workload, schedules, and overall team performance. 

5. Reporting & Strategic Collaboration

• Report project progress, design quality, and project challenges to the Design Director.
• Participate in management meetings to align design strategies and project direction.
• Prepare presentation materials and design documentation for internal reviews and client submissions.
• Implement directives from the Design Director and Executive Management.
• Propose process improvements to enhance design quality and departmental performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế kiến trúc, trong đó có ít nhất 02 năm ở vị trí quản lý hoặc trưởng nhóm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential, hospitality, office, mixed-use, or other large-scale developments.
• Strong conceptual thinking with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and industry-standard visualization software.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
