JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB OBJECTIVE

Support the development of architectural design concepts during the conceptual phase. Gain hands-on experience and actively participate in the design process, from research and analysis to concept development and presentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Concept Development Support

• Conduct research and collect reference materials, precedents, and case studies.
• Analyze site conditions, climate factors, and surrounding contexts.
• Assist in creating mood boards, concept diagrams, and design narratives.

Massing & Preliminary Layout Development

• Develop conceptual 3D models under the guidance of Senior/Lead Architects.
• Support the development of conceptual floor plans.
• Revise perspectives and design proposals based on feedback.

Presentation Documentation Preparation

• Prepare concept presentation layouts using InDesign and Photoshop.
• Produce basic architectural renderings and visualizations.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings.

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with the Concept Design Team and Technical Design Team.
• Receive feedback and revise design proposals to meet project schedules and requirements.

YÊU CẦU NĂNG LỰC

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

• Basic proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
• Strong aesthetic sense and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of architectural planning, spatial organization, and massing design.
